Enjoyable Thanksgiving with the family. Planned turkey fest. only added .4lbs, mission accomplished. Since I missed yesterday's training and have a busy day trying to get everything done before 3:30PM (Roll Tide Roll!!!!!), I combined my two 5/3/1's. Next week is to be a deload week, then back at it. My one rep max has gone up on every lift, so that is a win.
