Workout A

Bench press-5x5
barbell row-5x5

Workout B

Overhead press-5x5

Thanks for all the replies guys! Just did the first workout of the week! Went pretty good, didnt struggle with to much, went light gonna try and add 5 pounds a workout

Notes: Started squatting wide today, first time ever going wide so i didnt go so heavy but felt good, sore in places ive never been! None of this was really heavy, i have plenty time to feel things out and get heavy!



Bench Press-


Barbell Row-

185x5(shouldnt have done this should have kept workin slow and controlled, i used body english on rep4 and 5)

Not sure I advice wide squatting. Depending on how wide you go it's not always best for a raw lifter. Can you get a video.

inside of my squat rack my feet are probably 6 inches to a foot from touching the insides of the rack, yes i will get a video soon, if not today then friday, why is this bad btb i actually liked it better than shoulder width
