The benching feels pretty good too. I'll be starting #29 over as soon as I can squat and pull again, and adding 5-10lbs to the training max for bench. but the volume is so much higher than I'm used to. I can't wait either BTB.

Saw chiro friday, was informed that the main cause of my issues was a displaced SI joint on the left side. After resetting this i'm feeling better, but still sore and stiff. Should be shipshape by next monday, so only one more week before I can get back at it.
