elite-not really, everything feels good so i think it's nothing.
BTB-not light exactly, but pretty good. thinking i'll up the maxes to 375-385/305/465 for the next round then start the peak.

Strong sessions happening in here. Rack pulls have me drooling. I get to hammer out a couple sets of those later tonight. Can't wait! Great job.

thanks dzarello, I was supposed to do 3 sets of 2 on that 405, but i'm feeling pretty good and was short on time. only thing that bothers me about them is they start a touch too high, the rack only goes so low. but still effective for building midback and traps.

Me too BTB. I've got this volume for another week and a month, then i'll go back to training like I did so I can handle the fatigue better, I should bench 275-280x3 the week before the meet.
