BTB-thank you for offering, but fortunately its looking like i'll be able to do it, getting tax return in a couple days, and hopefully starting work at an office nearby soon.

Rob-they are pretty great, I've never done any other shoulder move that worked the delts as well as they do.

BTB- No, It's an IPF meet, so they either use the elieko, Q-bar, or ivanko. I'm used to the stiffer bar so i'll be fine.

Your dead lockouts are very strong. That's a very good sign. Most guys can't grind like that and maintain form.

Rob-thanks, everything feels decent

BTB-thanks, I've worked very hard and done an incredible amount of tweaking with my technique. I'm very happy with it where it is, and I've found that doing daily back work in the form of rows and chins has helped immensely. also you'll note I'm not diving for those pulls. I do that on purpose to create a slower pull, which, when I go back to diving for the pull, I find greatly helps my strength through the spot I tend to grind-3 inches below the knee until the top of the knee. I'll also be adding box jumps in the last 2-3 weeks before the meet, as I find they help to eliminate the sticking point.
