Lack of sleep and stress kills gains for sure. I know that feel when lacking sleep. Rest, relax, or try to anyway.

Not very often but from time to time I lose sleep due to school load. this is one of those weeks.

also, it seems like a lot more people are reading this log now. I'll be trying to describe what i'm feeling like on each lift a bit more and do a better job of recording things like warm-ups to allow better understanding of how things are going.
