doing less sets and such, but should be back in groove on squats in a few more workouts. still massaging and rolling, stretching lots and applying heat periodically.
This son of Wotan will not be stopped so easily.

-10% session. everything felt heavy and form did not hold up on squats. possibly due to terrible sleep last couple nights and stress from assignments.
