thanks BTB, I have been trying to get down to a reasonably lean weight, and it's been working. thing is I apparently carry a good amount of my fat viscerally, seeing as I don't look like what you'd expect someone near 35% to look like. I'll be posting up the before and after pics when I hit 200 or 190, whichever I make by the end of semester (April)

Sounds good. I would have guessed 25% max.

Anyway, keep killing it.
