BTB-just some shitty casein protein, finished it off, shouldn't have to deal with it anymore.
I always feel better on days i don't use that stuff, so we'll see what happens now.

Even though the 405 wasn't fast it still looked strong. You kept your form locked down.

It's more an issue of the bar being very stiff vs the bar at the school gym. I'll find out for certain friday. spent last night rolling lower back with a tennis ball, right on the spot that bothers me. feeling pretty good today, will likely go in to do some stuff today, but nothing that puts pressure on the back.

will do guys, The 80% session notes indicate whether it was a good workout or not.
-10% days are when you feel like shit and everything is heavy, +10%s are when you have an awesome day, and the 80% days are just meh, getting shit done.
