jp-was not a strength issue, but that the bars at the university gym are garbage and have almost no knurling. so straps and its up.

ONpump17-i refer to those as standing leg press as they're more upright and i'm trying to use the hips glutes and a bit of quads, actually now that you point it out they are still technically GM's just with a bit of extra leg bend at the bottom.
