Notes-Lower back still somewhat painful on deadlift lockouts, though no pain on squats. will continue to stretch, roll, massage ect, hoping to be back pulling pain free by wed, but only time will tell.

Notes-Laid down on foam roller last night and lower back popped right back into place. pain was reduced immediately. No pain at all on Squats, no pain on benching ect, Hoping to pull some weight tomorrow.

BTB-Thanks. I've been hammering the technical cues constantly. Lower back is nearly better as well. very slight pain on lockout of the pulls, with no pain with 365 or less. Looking to get to ~365 for daily min on squats by late december, and ~405 by late january. I'll be adding backoff work for squat and bench gradually.

90x3 PR-haven;t done these in an eternity, buddy bet me a dollar I couldn't make 4, he was right.

275x2 hook grip
No noticeable pain on deads, we'll see what tomorrow brings.

How are you liking the hook grip on deadlifts? I haven't tried it yet.
