thanks BTB, I've finally found the correct technique again, but after overtucking for so long My front delts are unused to the position at the bottom and are weaker. so to correct this I'll be hammering the seated DB press on wednesdays and strict standing OHP as well as BTNPP on friday. I am expecting BIG improvements on the bench in the next few months.

thanks BTB, they were pretty easy. but that deadlift bugs me. i'm going in tommorow to do the first workout of the next cycle. going to crush 455+ in december.
