Felt like I had another 5-10lbs, but we will see. thinking I'll try 140 this friday, and try to do my volume with 120

Smooth and strong benching. I like the setup of that bench with the built in face savers.

BTB-that is the OPA standard bench, and yes I dumped the 4th rep of that 117.5 on them.

365x1-bent bar threw me off too much.

Note-pulled something in back of shoulder a week ago, possibly at work, Klokov press and bench hard to push due to the pain, hoping it fades before Friday.

I know what you mean....I bent all the bars near my house squating 370-385. It sucks when I have to bench and do Dead Lifts

yes the bar was bent beforehand, but the guy I was pulling with wanted to use it. I just forgot to center the bend up

Notes-Deads still feel heavy and slow, shoulder felt somewhat better, but I believe I've figured out the problem, and will be starting awesome new program in september. New program is as follows
Monday-Squat-heavy triples, bench 3x3,2x3, Deadlift 3x3,2x3, Kokov volume, back work, curls

wed-Squat-light, bench 5x5, Deadlift 3x3,2x3, Klokov volume,back work, curls

Friday-Squat-medium form work(6 doubles), Deadlift singles, Klokov singles, BTNPP, back work and curls
going to be fun
