redneck-225 is normally warmup on good mornings, usual weight is 275, was just tired from pulling. thats likely just water weight. I do warm up before i start, but I don't list them in my log.

btb-thank you sir, thinking 455-495 next week, still new to the movement so if i can keep bar position off the clavicles they should feel much better.
