Good job with the PR, keep it up! Also, what's the latest with the ankle mobility? Have the exercises been getting easier? Are you doing it just before training, or daily as well?

ONP-i do them just before training. and it really helps me keep my knees out when squatting. easier no, but my form is better.

planning on dropping the bench routine i had planned, mainly due to the reppage.
bench reps just never did much for me

Where are you deadlifting at? Looks like a pretty dent setup...at least from that camera angle.
