205 class seems a good area, for me its really hard to get below 240 so i might just push my limits and take SHW and great session herc

Rob, I'm thinking at my current strength level i'll do best as a leaner lifter, but in time I can see myself as a very solid 255-264, just judging from frame size.

225x1-called it here due to inner thigh pain. not sure what caused this to begin with, but it's certainly bothersome now.
Will be spending time each night massaging the area until monday, and we will see how squats go then

Bench press
225x4x5-not bad.
add slingshot
265x8 PR+2reps
remove slingshot
185x5

Deadlift
225x3
315x2
405x3x5-still no belt, first set the inner thigh hurt just a touch, sets 2-5 felt fine.

Standing low cable row

Leg ext
170x15x2

adductor machine
190x20, 15
interestingly enough this did not hurt at all. this leads me to believe it may just be knotting in the muscle, or possibly inflammation.

Hammer curl
65x10

BW-115
Solid 80%er. bench was not as fast as I'd like but was solid. deads a bit slow but I was also being somewhat cautious due to the inner thigh pain. Been buckling down to the diet past 2 days or so. thinking I need to get to 100k before end of October if I am to reach the goals I have set out.

solid work and i know what you mean phill, it always makes me wonder if guys like us leaned out hard to see where we could push our selfs. Guess we will find out when you get down to the goal you set for your self.

Rob-yeah we'll see, though I'm thinking i won't exactly be stupid lean at that weight, but I'll certainly look better and likely perform well

Solid 80%er, was amazed the inner thigh pain (thinking the Sartorius) was not bothering me during the squats. Bench was solid, not as fast as I'd like, but time and another training cycle should fix that.
