BTB- i like the focus on the hamstrings, though my dimels are more like halfway beteen dimels and rdl, mainly because i feel it mimics the deadlift form closer

I read this workout and was waiting for the end to read...then I passed out on the gym floor and slept for 5 hours.

BTB- actually after this i went and had 3 double bacon cheeseburgers minus teh buns. oh and there were ~3-4 warmup sets before most of these.
