Welcome back Mav, and your plans are in achieving these goals? The only supps you need are manipulating diet (calories, macro-nutrients, micro-nutrients) and the types of exercise according to your goal want. I may add in, Protein powder, FIBER (especially dieting down), and fish oil.

Yes, boss, I need to get that rolling. Its the double posting that gets me, with what I do at home, and then having to repost it. If it will benefit someone on your forum, I will restart it and post more regularly. I train 3 to 4 times per week, and still rock things out, just log it at home. i wanna drop about 15 lbs of BF cals in is at 2100 per day

protein 80g way to low

carbs: 200g

fat: 60g


training i am doing the program btb reccomended
