Finally back to some real lifting after tweaking my lower back/deload.

Thanks. I got the squat vid up.


Goblets are tougher than you would think by putting them at the end. I almost took them out, but they have really helped me keep upright on the squats.

Thanks guys. I can do more than 5 pullups w/ ease, but thought doing these as a super set during all my press sets would be good. Slow and deliberate didn't strain me at all, but I can feel the results in the lats now.

Full meet is Sept 29th.

Practice squat contest...July 28
