Thanks. I cut it a little short due to back and needing to get to work.

30 min fasted LI treadmill @ 3.8 mph just to get my legs loosened up. Threw some easy gripper work in as well.

I don't often post my cardio, but I generally do 40 min @ 4.0 in the mornings about 4 times per week (when I'm doing what I should).

Deload week and resting up for the informal squat competition Sunday afternoon. I may wear my singlet under some shorts just to get use to the feeling.

Missing a deadlift doesn't bother me anymore, as I know the lift is so finicky and unpredictable - ya just never know what your gonna get.

Nice comeback session tho with some fine benching.

Because it was an informal contest I went for 2 X BW after the last attempt.

310# @ 154#



It was the only 2X BW sqaut of the day.

Thanks hunter. I've done 325#, but not at competition depth. I'll try to put a vid of that lift (almost 2 yrs ago) up later to compare. Right now, I've got a lot of concrete work to do. I'll catch up in here later.
