Well, that didn't last long. I couldn't take it any longer so I went out to our basement gym and did a little upper body stuff.

Surgeries were under my right eye and on my rt teardrop muscle. No leg days for a bit.



Just in case you can't remember or can't tell...I'm scrawny, and old. 158# and 48. Avi is about 2 years old.

Supp notes: Peak 400 doesn't have the strong taste of other Promera products that I'm used to. Taste is good though. A few little clumps after stirring. But, a little extra stirring or water next time should take care of that.
