Monday 10-3-11
Squat 115, 140, 170, 200, 225
Bench 115, 140, 170, 200, 225
Row 65, 80, 95, 110, 125
W.Hypers (2x5) 25, 25
W.Situps (3x10) 25, 25, 25

Squats at 225, felt a tad heavy on the last 2 reps, but I don't think I had my back tight enough on those. Did the situps on a mild decline angle.

Wednesday, 10-5-11
Squat 115, 140, 170, 170
OH Press 85, 100, 120, 135
Deadlift 195, 235, 270, 310
Pulldowns (3x8) 9,9,10
Cble Crunch (3x10) 16, 17, 17

Coming along nicely. It feels great to be able to eat so much and workout so infrequently. I can't believe that I can recover quickly enough to squat 3 days per week while also deadlifing.

I'm liking the routine. Keep this is for a few months and you're going to be outperforming all the people who think they know better.

Week 1, Friday, 10-7-11
Squat 115, 140, 170, 200, 235 (3), 170 (8)
Bench 115, 140, 170, 200, 235 (3), 170 (8)
Row 65, 80, 95, 110, 130 (3), 95 (8)
Dips (3x8) 45, 70, 70
BbCurls (3x8) 85, 90, 90
TriExt. (3x8) 15, 17, 18

Squat surprise me. I have always had issues with my back bending over too far on squats. Well, after a few articles on this site, I tried squatting with my heels on board and suddenly my balance was great and I could squat hams-to-calves. Easily my favorite exercise.

It's kind of depressing that my squat numbers and bench numbers are about the same.

Week 2, Monday, 10-10-11
Squat 115, 145, 175, 205, 235
Bench 115, 145, 175, 205, 235
Row 65, 80, 95, 115, 130
W.Hypers (2x5) 25, 35
W.Situps (3x10) 25, 25, 35

I'm surprised I could do decline situps with a 35 on my chest.

A testament to your bench strength. For some guys even hitting 200 can be a long journey.

Nice work J and keep charging hard.

Week 2, Wednesday, 10-12-11
Squat 115, 145, 175, 175
OH Press 85, 105, 120, 140
Deadlift 200, 240, 280, 320
PullDown (3x8) 9,10,10
Cble Crunch (3x10) 17,17,17

After deadlifting today, I felt like I had really accomplished something. In August of 2010, my 1RM deadlift was 300.

Ran out of time, so I hit the major work and cut out the bbcurls and tricep extensions. I'll live. Somehow.
