7/12/12 AM session

Sled pulls
90 lb for 300 yd total. All forward. Gasping for air. Lol.

The rope I had my weights tied on with came off, so I just pulled the 2 45s around for the last little bit. Actually worked better. Will just pull the weight plates from now on...
