Good stuff. I miss this routine big progress coming!!! 335 got a little off center but nothing bad. All singles with 300 were spot on. This time i'm going to be patient and only increase weight when i can do so with good technique...

Feeling yesterdays workout this morning... the soultion- go pull the sled a while, then squat again tonight...
