Its used to around 208-211 so its a struggle strength wise, but i feel a LOT better. I'm hoping to get to a bodyweight i'm comfortable with and hold it til it becomes the new norm, then see if i can build up to my best numbers at the new weight. Mini band tricep extensions
40 reps each arm
30 reps each arm. Wicked burn

Bench felt good today. First time i've touched the flat bench in several weeks. Things are working out just as i want them to.

I will be starting a "structured" diet next week. Fat loss is about to kick in high gear baby!
