Close grip
250x5 x 2 sets. Was supposed to use 240 =0 no wonder it was tough. Also used index on smooth grip... eh. Dont like it. Next week i'll probably go back to thumbs length from smooth. Just feels better.

Awesome workout! Bench is freight trainin' onward and upward i need to quit being a little girl and make more than a 5 lb jump
Lol. Sets have been feeling easier and easier each week even though the weight is going up. I've brutalized the 2 board more in the past month than i have my whole lifting career.

God is great! Life is good. And smashing weights is the greatest hobby out there
