Motivation is good man! I'm missing the weights. Work has been overwhelming the past 2 weeks... me and traphouse both are planning to go westside for a while. We both had good success with the westside lower body routine in the beginners manual. Probably run it full force for upper and lower and see what happens. I need variety right now, and westside is all about variery, so it should fit well.
