thanks guys... my arms are a little sore, but not too bad.

the gym has a lot of good stuff. only thing i REALLY wish we had was a glute ham raise. I cant find a single good place to do ghettos...

Db oh tate press
20x40 x 2 sets. rest paused. Fried my front delts... was going for tricep pump... oh well...

Awesome workout. Bench is feeling crazy strong right now... hope this keeps up. I've been eating like a mad man lately, maybe that has something to do with it.
