Board work wasnt feeling that great, so i shut it down. Will hit it thursday instead of sholder presses.

Started with 230 and dropped to 205 after somewhere on the 2 board.
set with 185- no finish
Set with 135- no finish
Set with 145-no finish
Lol. We were having fun with tricep hell. Setting the timer and seeing who could get the best time with each weight. I was shot after my first round and didnt finish any more, but it was fun anyway and my triceps got a great workout. Kind of unusual to see a 340 bencher get stapled to a 3 board with 135

Havent been online much lately as i've been extremely busy. I started a small landscaping and lawn care company last year, but missed the big boom of business that comes with spring time. I sure caught it this time. I've been working til late at night and getting back at it early in the mornings. Good stuff
Squatted up to 315 beltless for a couple singles but wasnt feeling it, so did some other stuff instead.

SSB squats- beltless

Close grip inclines- POR grip
Rear delts on peck deck. One arm at a time.

80x4. Out of press power...
20x10 x 2 sets
Hs shrug machine
mini band x 20
150x10 reverse grip
45x10 reverse grip, 45x10 regular. Continuous.

Nah man. Been off that for a while. It made me stronger, but i finally stalled out on it and also tweaked my knee, so i dropped the high frequency to let it heal.
I'm going to be using the SSB for rep work for a bit to see what happens.

Didnt make the gym tonight... worked til dark and i'm beat... i weighed in at 199.3 though working this hard, bf is probably going to melt off. 6 pack anyone?

235+chains x 10 sumo + 5 conveno. Continuous.
Incline db bench
Close, neutral grip pulldowns
45x10 reverse, 45x10 regular. Continuous.
Steam room for 15 min. And DONE! Bed time folks
