Lol... nah. I've seen it called several different things. Paleo squat seemed simple though. Its 10 minutes in rock bottom squat position.. I started doing it yesterday, did it today, makes my hips/ knees feel really good. Smokes my mid back shows all the places that are lacking mobility or strength...

Great workout! Speed bench felt really good. Used a lot of tuck and stayed really tight. Squeezing the bench with my thighs is a que i need to focus on. It makes a big difference in my stability. Shoulder presses were good. Weak, but good. I'll keep at it and push something respectable soon.

Found 315x3 on squats in my log from late january. doesnt say belted, and i cant remember, so i'm not claiming beltless squat PRs til i hit 320x3... bummer, i thought i PR'd tuesday. Still not sure, but i plan to smoke past those numbers anyway
