Muscle g came over and smoked me so i kept trying to man up, but all i had was 315 today... i'll post his vids in his log. He hit 365.
Watching the videos, he was doing more of a deadlift motion and i was trying to squat it up... hmmm. Have to play around with them again sometime soon.
Hang cleans and press
Hanging leg raises x 20
L- pullups x 5 + 10 leg raises
6 plates x 20 + 20 calf raises
Good workout. A little strain in my groin/ lower abbs but i think all is well. Right bicep twinged a little too. Lol. Falling apart..
I'll eat big and rest up over the weekend and come back for more brutality on monday
