Meh... not a great performance. Right side lat is acting up, or really lack there of... need to do some soft tissue work and see if i can get it firing right... it was lose all night and my bench was falling to that side.

Have you adjusted your arch any when benching? I noticed once my arched started to much larger that at first my lats would twitch up sometimes during a set.

Weak... it wasnt activating at all. Like i couldnt flex it... i think a good adjustment and some soft tissue work will fix it right up...

Arching like i always do... i dont think its too big a deal. If it messes me up thursday for board work, then i'll get concerned...

Thought i was going to be a hero and just add a bunch of weight to my squat without practicing with heavy weight in tight knee wraps. Messed my technique all up and had a nice bail...

I could have hit a good 10-20 lb heavier in just sleeves tonight easily, but live and learn...

Didnt do my backoff sets after the fail, buf i did do a couple reps with 135 and 225.

Strained my ab a little on the fail. I've had this issue on and off for a long time, but it always goes away ... feels like how a hernia is described, but i never have any protrusion/ marks, etc...

Guess i'll just see how i feel thursday...
