No knee wraps

Just practicing with the wraps tonight... takes 3.5-4 minutes to wrap knees tight, wrap wrists, and put on belt.... maybe i can get this time down before the meet in may...

I'm thinking 455 on tuesday with wraps

Clean and press
155 x 2 singles hit myself in the chin on the first one...

Had training partners 365 failed squat smash my finger between the bar and safety bars... swolen but i dont think its broken...

Sometimes you smash weight, sometimes it smashes you... lol

Also hit 135 shoulder press and failed with 175. Dumb to even try, but we were just messing around. I'll smash that weight another day...

Got that right. Overhead pressed a bar into my chin once. Don't know how.

I'm working on my time as well. Been using wraps for 2-3 weeks and finally feel like I'm making progress.
