I've also used raw egg whites and whole eggs in them. They alter the texture a bit, but i can sneak in some good protein. I've tried adding greek yogurt, but wasnt impressed...

Spinach is my green of choice. It disappears into the fruit. Romaine lettuce does almost as good. I loaded up the one last night and i could taste the romaine just a tad, but i didnt mind....
I use spinach a lot in most dishes. Haven't tried it in a smoothie yet but I bet it would work well.

Put 2 big chopped handfuls in a chicken dish last night and it cooks down so much the kids had no idea what it was.

Did a few things in the gym...

static holds at top not walked out

Was experimenting with a little lower bar position with these. Felt better on my back. Will see what happpens when i actually squat next week... i felt good enough that i could have worked out, but probably would have relapsed into sickness so i just messed around a little.

Also cold pulled 335, and then 185 one handed each side.

Benched 135 a couple times.
