Workout was ok today at best... not my best performance, but i grinded out all my reps. Everything was slow... right knee hurts too. did a good bit to try and loosen up before squats, but it just didnt happen. Did some band gm's to work on driving my back up, felt this lacking today...

Thanks Josh. I'm glad i at least got the 405. If i had failed on it, I wouldn't be happy... thats my game plan right now is to keep hitting 405 until its butter... then its game time!
