Squats- med stance-knee sleeves-no belt
45x5 x 2 sets
330x1 x 3 sets. (Beltless pr!)
200x3 x 3 sets
275x8 grip started failing. Weak, i know...
515x5. Very little rom when it got this heavy, but i was doing something. Only "heavy" set that i actually felt. My traps are strange.
Bar x 2 sets of 20 just to pump some blood...
Quite satisfied with todays workout. I worried way too much about my singles beltless than i should have. They were smooth... rows and shrugs worked the upper back nicely...

Did the defranco agile 8 this morning... bout wore me out. Lol. I definately need to do more of this stuff. My mobility/ flexibility is not where it should be.
