Band pullaparts (tubular band) 2 sets of 20

Good session. Spent a good bit of time in there today showing a friend a few things, but i love it and enjoy helping people out in the gym.

I've been using the magnum "biangular row" machine for a solid month or two now and its been pretty good to me. Saw the magnum "biangular pulldown" machine and figured i'd give it a shot. Hits the lats nicely.
