Squats- medium wide stance- beltless
45x alot
135x5 x 5 sets
225x1
275x1 x 3 sets
225x5

Front squats
135x5

8 pullups

My technique was pretty spot on today, which was the whole purpose... good session...

135x12. Felt like a 20 rep squat??? Gassed!

Awesome workout!!! Bench felt better today than it has in a while. Very controlled even though all reps werent perfect... i felt in tune

Time to go smash some food!!!
