Took down a half pound burger with chilli and slaw, a bbq chicken sandwich, and a vitamix shake consisting of a whole apple, whole orange, two huge handfulls of fresh spinach, three frozen strawberries, five baby carrots, two raw eggs, and some blueberries... if that doesnt get me through, then i'm in trouble. Lol.

Oh yeah, topped it off with 6g fish oil and a multi... i'm ready hoss!!!

Forgot to list box jumps yesterday...

Did them as part of my warmup for the am session. Used the aerobic step platform with the purple spacers. Everythings a PR since i've never done them seriously, but thats changing

8 purples + platform x 5
10 purples + platform x 3
12 purples + platform x 1

Dont know how tall the purple spacers are but with 12 of them and the platform, it was about 8" below my hip joint... got to start someehere.. if i had to guess, i'd say it was around 24-28"...

Edit* just found out the platform is 4" and the spacers are 2"... so i did 20", 24", 28" jumps...
