Lots of other stuff...

15 min HIIT cardio with the training partners...

Great session! Squats are surprisingly tough. I'll just hang around this weight til it feels better.

Both really, but for different reasons. Paused SSB is really hitting my weaknesses. With my hands on the main bar (not using the handles) i have to fight hard to stay upright. If i just squat with no regard to technique, my hips will shoot back out of the hole and my low back will round...i'll do a perfect good morning. This variation is perfect for correcting that... fronts are stretching something in my low back (right side that i had problems with) that needs to be worked out. Plus they're choking me out. Lol. If it's challenging in a new way, then it's working something!
Consider a video to make sure what you feel is what you're getting.

Front squats always choke me out...I'd like to do them more, but they are not enjoyable and hard for me to make productive. I did tabata front squats a few times with 95 lbs...killer!
