And thats all i need I'm happy with 340 tonight. Was relatively easy. Probably had 350ish beltless in me today. Not too terrible, but not impressive either. But its the most i've hit since i started cutting weight...

At our BW, no belts until over 3 pps!!! That's a rule.

You benched my 1RM...15 times!

Nice pull ups!!

I can easily lose that much water in a day...hopefully, some of it's BW progress too!
