Havent posted my last few workouts...

Been squatting every session.

Worked up to 275x2 one session, then 275x5 and 295x2 the next session, then 295x3 and 315x2 the next.

Also worked up to 275x2 paused bench, comp grip, feet out.

I'm sure i messed logging a couple more, but oh well. Just been squatting every session, and ate big all last week...

6-10-13

GHR
Bw x 20,20

Pullups/ chins x 10,10,10 (3 different grips)

Great session. Ate big today too. this is a dangerous time, as eating big immediately starts making the weights move up. Makes me want to get strong at the cost of putting bf back on, but i'm not gonna do it. Will get back on a structured diet before or starting next week and do another good cut. I wanna be lean and strong!!!

This commenr made me LOL!

I'll get back into posting vids when i feel they're worth posting. I'm a 400+ squatter. Not that its a huge number, but for me 3 plates should be a warmup. I'm weak from the dieting... i sure hope this pans out how its supposed to.

These numbers look good!

I like the smaller jumps as you hit the top end while keeping the reps the same (bench)

There's wisdom in that!

I use that strategy a lot. Good way to get 90%+ volume in. Some people say this is bad... works for me
