Trying to do work, btb...

Missed logging a couple sessions last week. I sqiatted wednesday , thursday, and friday... worked up to 225 for sets of 3s and 5s each day. Trying to reacclimate to frewuent squatting

BW was 186.8 last week....

Great session! Worked out at the house and really enjoyed it. All i have is the basics, but thats all i need

All weights are kilo plates, so everything is 2-6 lb less than posted due to 44s, 33s, 22s, 11s, 5.5s, and 2.75 lb plates... but i'm just counting everything as if they were normal and denoting "home gym" to keep it simple...


BW unsure but i ate decently big for Memorial day... keto for the rest of the week and carb up on saturday...
