Maybe not too terrible for being on a cut. I think i still need to do more volume/ pump type stuff. Even this was kind of discouraging. I felt weak. And i'll continue to feel weak while chasing that six pack. Lol. I feel great when i'm not trying to hit progressively heavier weight each week, but thats whats programmed in my head as "progress"... my primary goal right now is to get lean. So i need to see progress as fat loss and maybe some muscle gain, not more weight on the bar.

Definately back to making progress! Arms are looking pretty mean this morning, and chest is tightening up... shoulders appear to be growing. May just be definition, but they're looking better. I'm loving it!
