Abs on ghr x 12... meh. Dont like this. Felt more in my hip flexors than anything...

bw x 20ish... completely lost count...
worked on my standing rollout. Can get a little further than pushup position and back up...

Solid workout. Nothing outstanding, but put work in. PR for total reps on the ghr.

BW 198. Lol. Guess the pizza on friday and eating enough for 3 yesterday took its toll. Up 3 pounds from a couple days ago. If i had to bet, i would say it'll be gone in a couple days though... i embraced the bloat over the weekend

I never liked GHRs either... never felt them to be satisfying.

I usually surge 2-4 pounds in a week and then end up a pound or so under my starting weight (after a light eating weekend).
