Ate 2 lb of chuck roast last night

Cutting body fat doesnt have to be depriving...

Heres to getting lean and staying strong!

My setup is quite satisfying.
I'm doing high fat and protein, low carb on non training days, and
High carbs and protein on training days.
Eating anything i feel like on sunday.

Its working great. I'm a couple lb down already and strength is doing well so far. Bout to see how squats go
