Recovery day

Lots of rest.

Went to chiropractor and got an adjustment and laid on the traction table. Thanks mom

Steam room intervals for an hour followed by a hot shower... feeling like a champ!

Topped her off with 10 hours of solid sleep. Going to the gym later on to help with board work and spotting. Will be doing a little db work to get some blood pumping and calling it a week... back at it on wednesday or thursday next week.

Excited about heading to cancun this weekend
