Got what i wanted done. First successful "back" day. May make a few adjustments, but this is what i want to run on fridays for now...

Man, back day was a success. My back has been destroyed the past two days and its not easing up yet. Guessing it was mostly due to the pullups, but i sure did something right!

Year I did 1/8th of a pullup this weekend and my back was toast Well, kind of. It wasn't really 1/8th.

50 should do the trick nicely.

Cumulative fatigue finally catching up to me. I really had to push hard today.

305x3. Tried to go for a 5 rep PR, but couldnt hack it.

This workout was HARD! My back still hasnt healed from friday and i struggled through the whole session but still managed a few PRs. Even left a few reps in the tank on the 1 board 310x3.
I did all i could to try and get a PR to the chest but it just wasnt happening. I failed a 3 rep, 1 rep, and a 5 rep max attempt. Lol.

Hate to say it, but may have to deload next week... oh well its part of my program anyway...
