Alright... been a whike since i uodated...

This week back has been non impressive :-/ felt tired and weak. Usually have great workouts after time iff, but oh well.

Its time to get real! My strength is WAY down and it depresses me. I'm going back to strength focus. Its not worth chasing my six pack right now if i dont enjoy myself in the gym...

I've started eating like i mean it again... but a lot cleaner this time. We'll see how this goes. Wouldnt be surprised if i continue to lose bf and add size at the same time.

Bw is around 195 right now. I expect it to start rising slowly...

This week in training i hit 235x10 for 4 sets on bench followed by 2 board work up to 350x2, 245 for sets on squats-wide stance, 205 for close grips followed by slingshot work. Hit a couple PR's with the slinger. 315x5 and 335x2. Yesterday i did 315x5, 335x5 and 355x5 on deads. Not much accy work this week.

Will be picking back up on daily logging. Wish me luch on getting STRONG(er)!
