Steam room for 2 rounds.

Weighed in at 193 before steaming.

Good workout. Short but intense. Everything was supersetted and i got done in about 45 min. Thats fast for me

Still dropping slowly... weighed in at 193 yesterday. Lowest i've been in a while. Havent been playing much the past few weeks but got in there today and played for a hour and a half. Had a blast.
